Foshan Kinghorn Machinery Co., Ltd established in Feb. Of 1992, Locates in ShiShan Industrial park, Nanhai, Foshan, where is about 20 kms away from Guangzhou Downtown.

Kinghorn Occupies 20, 000 square meters area includes 10, 000 square meters production area, focus on Precision Machining, Turing parts lathing, Sheet Metal Stamping, Welding, Casting & Forging Parts Machining, Die Casting Tooling with Plastic Injection Tooling design and fabrication. With widely material option, includes: Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Engineering plastic. Totally employee is 200, including the Sales, Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse team etc.

Our Main Products include but not limited to: Precision Machining Parts, Components & sub-Assemblies for Auto-Sliding Doors, Towing (Trailer) Accessories, for example: Hitch balls, Ball Mounts, Couplers, Trailer Lock, and also made to customer's designs.

We have Robot Welder/ CNC Machining Center/ Numerically Controlled Lathe etc. Advanced machining equipments, and equipped with DIP painting Auto-Production Line, Powder Coating production line to achieve different finishing requirements.

We are ISO9001: 2008 quality system qualified, and implementing IQC/ IPQC/ FQC inspection to ensure the processes comply to the Engineering requirements. With Six-Sigma methodology and SPC quality analysis tools to make continuous improvement to the processes/ quality and cost.

We have many experienced managers for our operation, with advanced planning/ controlling and tracking system to make sure delivering on time. And we have good project management team to support any customer's demands.
